Customers have within 30 days from the time the order was placed to decide whether or not they want to return the product for a full refund - no questions asked. If the customer decides they want to return the product for a refund within this period, they will need to contact our customer support team to generate an RMA number and shipment instructions.
Returns need to be received back within the 30 days. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled prior to shipment. Customer support for order related inquiries can be contacted via our webform or phone number. While CS can submit a request for the warehouse to cancel the shipment, the process is automated and very quick.
If the order isn't successfully canceled in time, the customer is responsible for refusing the package delivery and/or returning the package to ASTRO Gaming's office.
